PouchJet drying systems are comprehensive solutions for drying flexible packaging on moderate to high-speed packaging lines. PouchJet dries pouches and other flexible packaging prior to coding, labeling, and secondary packaging. Innovative in-conveyor drying components and dynamic hold-down mechanism ensures the entirety of flexible packaging is dried, including spouts, closures and gussets.

How it Works
PouchJet is powered by JetAir’s high-speed centrifugal blowers, which deliver clean, oil-free, filtered air to remove unwanted moisture and debris. PouchJet is custom designed to handle the widest range of flexible packaging and line speeds up to 120,000 cph. It easily integrates into existing packaging lines and all plant control networks. Standard and custom systems are available.
