The SureCode™ blends both companies’ innovative solutions in a single piece of equipment that takes up fewer than 50 inches of line space. The purpose of the SureCode™ is to eliminate smudged, gapped, or otherwise unreadable codes caused by trying to print on a surface that hasn't been properly prepared. Building in a drying and blow-off system just before the point of printing creates a clean canvas. This ensures that the ink droplets can properly adhere to your product, producing a pristine, long-lasting code.

To ensure your product stays oriented and to allow air to access the entire pouch, the pouch JetTunnelâ„¢ includes integrated material handling. The tunnel features a dynamic hold-down that orients and protects packaging. It applies slight pressure to the pouch, holding the gusset open for thorough drying.

It comes pre-installed with air knives that are customized to your specific line speed and product geometries.
ION3â„¢ includes a pressure relief safety valve and interlocked ion bar access. It's built to UL508, cUL, and CE standards.
