We use high-speed centrifugal blowers to power our systems. These belt-free blowers deliver clean, oil-free, filtered air to remove unwanted moisture and debris while using 70% less energy than compressed air.

Drying isn't our only service. We know that sometimes you want your crates rinsed with clean water prior to drying, so we offer integrated systems that wash and dry in one smooth process.

How It Works

This blow-off system gets its power from JetAir high-speed centrifugal blowers, which deliver clean, ionized, filtered air to remove excess powder. The ionized air eliminates static so the air stream can strip product of all fine particles. With this highly energy-efficient air stream, any particles clinging to container interiors or exteriors are blasted away. Even the tightest corners and smallest crevices won't escape the power of the PowderJet™.

Choosing JetAir's high-speed blowers over compressed air can help you significantly reduce your facility's energy consumption. A JetAir blower uses 70% less energy than compressed air. In-System Capture

Now that product surfaces are free from small particles, the PowderJet™ keeps them that way. All removed particles are contained within the blow-off chamber and removed via an integrated vacuum collection system. This eliminates the problem of fine powder resettling on product downstream. It also maintains the air quality within your production facility. With this single, compact system, you can prepare your product's surfaces for labels, date or lot codes, secondary packaging, and more.

When you choose a JetTunnel™, you get a single system that drops onto your line with all of the components already fine-tuned to your specifications. Maintenance

We've designed this system to be easy to install and easy to operate. Maintenance is minimal. It includes custom guide rails, lifting eyes for easy installation, and an operator-friendly interface. It comes pre-installed with air knives that are customized to your specific line speed and product geometries.
